Emergency School Closures

In the event of an emergency closure being necessary our School will communicate with you in the following ways:

• An email will be sent via Arbor
• A message will be posted on the home page of our school website
• Information will be added to the Hampshire County Council website

As always, our aim is to keep the school open if it is safe to do so.

Emergency Contacts

Children may have minor bumps and scrapes during the school day and these will be treated in the classroom or in our Medical Room. There may be occasions where we need to contact parents and carers to collect their child from school if they become unwell or injured during the school day.  Please ensure you provide the School Office with the emergency contact details for at least three adults, including parents, who we may contact during the school day should we need to.
